The focus of this service is Child and Adolescent Psychology.
Assistance can be provided relating to a range of childhood emotional and behavioural difficulties/disorders and developmental concerns.
Assistance can be provided for the following areas;
Anxiety - (e.g. separation anxiety, generalised anxiety, phobias, obsessive compulsive disorders).
Intellectual/cognitive assessment (WPPSI IV WISC V)
Behavioural problems - school and home based.
ADHD Assessment (Conners)
Autism Assessment (CARS-2, SRS-2)
Bullying - difficulties/issues
Learning difficulties (including ADHD)
Family separation issue
Post trauma / abuse
Children in care - therapy and supportive counselling is available for children in foster care and their care givers.
Academic & Educational Assessment (WIAT-III, WISC-V, WPPSI -IV)

Autistic spectrum disorders - assessment and therapy (service is FaHCSIA funded for therapy children under 7 years of age).
Counselling for parents is also available relating to; stress management, behaviour management training, attachment and grief and loss therapy.
